EQUAD CAFE USE

The Café space may now be reserved after normal café hours and on weekends by Princeton Engineering and Applied Science faculty, staff and students for large events. The reservation is necessary to avoid conflict of multiple groups planning to use the space at the same time.

When requesting to reserve this space, please provide the following information:

  • Event Name
  • Date
  • Time
  • Audience
  • Sponsoring department or organization
  • Contact person, e-mail address and phone number

Reservations will be posted on a freestanding sign near the servery in the café on the morning of weekday events and on Friday for all weekend events.

When using this space, please be certain to clean up after events and return furniture to original position.

Please understand that since this is a public space, you may find individuals using it when you arrive for your event. Please politely inform them that you have reserved the space for an event that will be beginning soon. The suggestion of your event beginning most likely will be enough for most individuals to move on their own.

You may not directly ask anyone to move unless it is another group having an event without reservation.
