ENGINEERING COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE

The mission of the Engineering Communications office is to build a sense of community that strengthens and extends the bonds between students, alumni, and the institution by fostering a spirit of friendship and familiarity.
The Communications Office is responsible for:
- Writing and distributing press releases to local media
- Serving as a contact for media inquiries
- Producing EQuad News, our alumni newsletter
- Maintaining the school's website
- Designing and producing other publications, including flyers, conference programs, and invitations
- Planning, designing and producing various promotional displays, including undergraduate organization panels in the Dean's hallway, student and faculty award panels in the Friend Center, and display cases in the E-Quad Lobby and the Friend Center
- Producing the building directory for the E-Quad
- Maintaining photographs of all faculty members and providing them when requested
