Charles Kalmbach was appointed in August to the board of directors of Lincoln Educational Services Corporation, a leading and diversified for-profit provider of career-oriented post-secondary education. In this role, Kalmbach will draw on his many years of experience in financial, professional and business services and at healthcare and non-profit organizations.
Previously, Kalmbach served as global managing partner at Accenture, Ltd., overseeing its organization strategy and human performance practice, and as CEO of DBM, Inc., a global human capital management firm. Kalmbach is currently vice chairman of the Board of the University Medical System at Princeton and chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Resources for the Future in Washington, D.C.
From June 2002 through December 2003, he was Princeton University’s first senior vice president for administration. Over the course of thirty years, he has been a class agent for Annual Giving. For a short period, before his employment at Princeton, he was a member of the Leadership Council for the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
Kalmbach graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.E. in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton University, followed by a Ph.D. from the same department. He earned a J.D. in corporate and international law from the University of Pennsylvania.
