Al Bolivar Jr. ’00 promoted to CFO at Skanska

Al Bolivar Jr. has been promoted to CFO of Skanska USA’s Commercial Development (CDUS) business unit.

Bolivar joined the company three years ago, bringing with him over ten years of experience in real estate finance. He had most recently served as director of project finance for Skanska Financial Services. In his new role at CDUS, Bolivar will be responsible for controlling, reporting and managing risk to implement strategies for self-financed project planning and development.

CDUS is one of four Skanska business units. Launched in 2008, it focuses on commercial development and sustainable buildings.

Bolivar received a BSE in mechanical and aerospace engineering in 2000 from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard University in 2005.
