Wellness Workshop: Sleep

This workshop will introduce you to the science of sleep, including why sleep is important, how much sleep one tends to need or benefit from, what happens while we are sleeping, and what may result from being sleep-deprived. Common sleep difficulties including insomnia and disruptive sleep environment factors will also be considered, and suggestions will be provided to help you improve your sleep quality and quantity.
