An interactive workshop that draws upon the science of sleep to give you guidance and tools for you to sleep better and longer each night. Common sleep difficulties including deprivation and insomnia will be addressed, and the presenter will help you examine your sleep habits and environment to take steps to improve your sleep experience.
Bio: Jonathan Pastor is the Associate Director of Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) at Princeton. Jonathan is a supervising clinical and sport psychologist who has overseen mental health services at CPS for eleven years. Jonathan’s areas of specialization and interest include the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, group therapy, sleep issues, crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, sport psychology, substance use concerns, and promoting social justice initiatives.
