Graduate school can make communication feel rushed, reactive, or emotionally disconnected. When stress, deadlines, and pressure accumulate, it becomes harder to stay present, set boundaries, navigate conflict, and maintain meaningful relationships.
This workshop will explore how high-achieving environments impact communication with friends, family, colleagues, mentors, and partners. Participants will learn practical strategies for communicating more effectively during stressful periods while maintaining connection, clarity, and authenticity.
The workshop will include discussion, reflection, and mindfulness-based exercises focused on emotional regulation, active listening, boundaries, and interpersonal effectiveness.

All are welcome
