Pacific Crest Securities appointed Rodd Langenhagen as a managing director with the firm’s software investment banking team in its Boston office. Langenhagen joins the company at a time when its key objective is to expand its business relationships with high-growth segments of technology.
For nine years prior to the move, Langenhagen was a managing director at Morgan Keegan Technology Group, a middle-market investment banking practice working with emerging technology companies. Earlier, he was with Broadview International as a senior banker specializing in the infrastructure and security software sectors.
Langenhagen received a BSE in civil engineering and operations research from Princeton in 1991. He went on to earn an MBA from Stanford.
