William Manias ’84 named COO at USA Compression Partners

It was announced by USA Compression Partners, L.P. that William Manias is the company’s new COO. Previously, Manias was director of USA Compression’s general partner.
Before joining USA Compression in early 2013, he was senior vice president and CFO of Crestwood Midstream Partners L.P. and prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, was CFO of TEPPCO Partners, LP. Earlier in his career, Manias served as vice president of business development and strategic planning at Enterprise Product Partners L.P., vice president and CFO of GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. and in several other executive management positions.
Manias holds a BSE in civil engineering plus a certificate in geological engineering earned from Princeton in 1984. In addition, he received an M.S. in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University in 1986 and an MBA from Rice University in 1992.
Based in Delaware, USA Compression is a provider of compression services, partnering with producers, processors, gatherers and transporter of natural gas and focusing on deploying large-horsepower infrastructure applications in high volume gathering systems, processing facilities and transportation applications.
