Feroz Dewan ’98 elected to The Kraft Heinz Company board of directors

It was announced that Feroz Dewan is a director on the board of The Kraft Heinz Company board, a global producer of food and beverages.

Dewan, who graduated from Princeton with BSE in civil engineering in 1998, is CEO of Arena Holdings Management LLC, a worldwide investment holding company. In June of 2015 he moved to Arena from Tiger Global Management, an investment firm managing public and private equity funds. He was at Tiger Global for 12 years where he held various positions, the most recent being head of public equities. Earlier in his career Dewan was a private equity associate at Silver Lake Partners.

In addition to Kraft Heinz, Dewan serves on the boards for Teach for America New York; Character Lab, a non-profit with a mission to advance the science and practice of character development; the Tiger Foundation, which strives to break the cycle of poverty in New York City; and the Fortive Corporation, a diversified industrial growth company.
