Jean Tom is a Professor in Chemical and Biological Engineering with 38 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She recently retired as the Executive Director of Development Engineering, Chemical Process Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she worked for 18 years.
She will discuss how to align your interests with a professional career outside of academia.
