Kevin Toner has joined Patton Boggs LLP, one of the nation’s leading public policy law firms, as a partner and litigator in the firm’s New York office.

Patton Boggs specializes in public policy, litigation and business law and works closely with Congress and regulatory agencies in Washington, litigating in courts across the country, and negotiating business transactions around the world. In his new position, Toner will focus on the firm’s work in commercial and securities litigation.

Prior to moving to Patton Boggs, Toner was a partner at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe in New York and served as an expert commentator on litigation matters on Bloomberg Television. Toner worked on the largest bankruptcy case in the state of Florida’s history and a consolidated class action suit that is considered to be the largest securities litigation ever.

After receiving a B.S.E. in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Princeton, Toner attended Fordham University School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude and was honored with the school’s Chapin Prize for highest academic achievement in his class.
