Pinnacle, a producer, marketer and distributor of branded food products headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, announced that Mark Jung has joined its board of directors as an independent director. Jung will also serve on the board’s audit, nominating and corporate governance committees.

A graduate from Princeton in 1982 with a BSE in electrical engineering and computer science, Jung was recognized by Pinnacle for his broad business and entrepreneurial experience, and his constructive and strategic guidance contributed while serving on boards of private and public companies.

Currently, Jung is a consultant to ABRY Partners, a private equity investment firm focused solely on media, communications, and business and information services investments. He was previously the chief executive officer of OnLive, a game streaming service purchased by Sony in 2015, a co-founder of IGN Entertainment and chief operating officer of FOX Interactive Media, and held other executive positions earlier in his career. In addition, Jung sits on the boards of Inmar, DataXu, InterviewStreet and WGT Media, all privately held companies.
