FusionHealth. a sleep health technology company, has announced that Michael McCloskey has been appointed its chief financial officer. In his new role, McCloskey will responsible for overseeing financial operations and corporate development functions during the company’s current period of rapid growth and beyond.

Previously, McCloskey was the CFO for TransCentra, Inc., a company focused on billing and payments services, and before that was CFO of Parkmobile USA, Inc., a provider of on-demand and prepaid mobile payments for on- and off-street parking. He held other senior level financial positions earlier in his career. McCloskey has a BSE in civil engineering and operations research from Princeton in 1992 and an MBA with honors from Emory University.
