Interested in: The development of new materials and material manufacturing methods. I have experience with atomistic simulations of metals, and I have really enjoyed it. I’d love to have a career in additive manufacturing, particularly metals, for a wide range of applications. Additive manufacturing lets us create parts that are impossible to create otherwise, and I would love to learn more about the science of the materials and the processes involved.
