Kroll, a global company offering risk mitigation and response solutions, named William Krivoshik its chief technology officer. Kroll has more than 50 offices in over 30 countries. Krivoshik will be located in Kroll’s New York City headquarters.

Kroll, which sells services for data breach prevention, cybersecurity investigations and incident response, brought Krivoshik onboard because of his experience in IT leadership roles. These include his prior position at Time Warner as senior vice president and the company’s first enterprise chief information officer; the first chief information officer at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc.; chief technology officer at Thomas Financial; and others. Krivoshik has an M.S. in computer engineering from Stanford University and a BSE in electrical engineering and computer science received from Princeton in 1979.
